- CLOSE THE PROGRAM- close the program during lunch break. Automatic data backup is set @12:10/12:15 pm. Close the program to copy all files during the scheduled backup.
- UPS- is the only protection to your computer. Check your UPS if still working.The life span of a UPS battery is only 1 year. If during brownout your UPS shut down instantly, you need to replace your UPS.
- EXTERNAL HARDDRIVE - you need to provide one (1) external hard drive for your data backup. Call the IT Department to automate your data backup. This is very important.
